History of the Simpsons

Hello reader, today I want to talk about how the Simpsons came to be and to share with you my favorite episodes from the show. The Simpsons was created by Matt Groening. The show first aired on Fox News on December 17th 1989 as a Christmas special where the Simpsons get their pet dog. The show was so successful that Matt Groening and his team would produce up to 31 seasons as of 2020. Disney eventually bought 21st Century Fox, which produces the Simpsons shows, in March 20, 2019. Ever since, the show is featured on Disney Plus.

I personally, have been watching the show on Disney Plus. I watched all 31 seasons of the show and I want to share with you what my favorite episodes from the show are, explain why they are good, what makes them not so great and give my a rating on whether or not I would reccomend them to you.
